PHOTO GUIDELINES

For the clearest possible portrait:

• Upload a sharp, high-resolution photograph
• Use a clear, close-up image of the person’s face
• Choose a front-facing or slightly angled portrait
• Make sure the eyes and facial features are visible
• Use bright, even lighting without strong shadows
• Avoid filters, blurry photos and distant group photographs
• Upload the original image rather than a screenshot when possible

A photograph featuring one clearly visible person generally produces the most detailed result on the small ring surface.

We may carefully crop, clean or simplify the image to create a balanced portrait suitable for engraving. The visibility of the final portrait depends on the quality, lighting and detail available in the original photograph.

3. Upload your clearest photograph.

4. Choose whether you would like a digital proof.

5. Add any important design instructions.

6. Check your photo, ring size and selections carefully.

7. Place your order.

DIGITAL PROOF

You may request a digital layout before production. If selected, we will send the portrait layout for your approval before making the ring.

Proof approval may add 1–2 business days to production time. Production will not begin until the requested proof is approved.

JEWELRY CARE

Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, household cleaning products and harsh chemicals. Remove your ring before swimming, showering, exercising or doing heavy manual work, and store it separately in a dry jewelry box.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Please contact us within 6 hours if you need to change your photograph, material, color or ring size. Changes may no longer be possible after portrait preparation or production begins.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. Once design or production work has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If an after-production cancellation can still be accommodated, a 30% production fee may apply.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM JEWELRY

Because this ring is created specifically from your photograph and ring size, personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.

PHOTO PRIVACY

Your uploaded photograph will be used only to design, produce and support your jewelry order. It will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without your separate permission.

By uploading a photograph, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the creation of your personalized jewelry.
