This necklace is personalized with exactly two letters.

Please enter the initials in the precise order in which you would like them used.

The letters will be created in UPPERCASE using the necklace’s fixed serif lettering style.

Because every letter has a different shape, the position, spacing, and amount of overlap may be adjusted slightly to create a balanced and durable monogram. These necessary adjustments will not change the selected initials or the overall character of the design.

Please carefully check both letters and their order before completing your purchase.

Lowercase letters, accented characters, symbols, and non-Latin alphabets are not included in the standard design. Please contact us before ordering to confirm whether a special request can be produced.

The selected measurement is the total finished necklace length. Where the pendant rests will vary depending on neck size, body type, clothing, and the selected chain length.

Because personalized jewelry enters production quickly, changes may not be possible after production begins. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after ordering.

Personalized items are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged because of incorrect initials, reversed letter order, an incorrect color, or an incorrect chain length selected by the customer.

JEWELRY CARE

Store your necklace separately in a dry jewelry box or pouch. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, household chemicals, chlorine, and salt water.

Remove the necklace before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft, dry jewelry cloth.
