For the clearest engraving, please upload a sharp, front-facing and high-resolution image. Black-and-white or high-contrast artwork usually produces the best result.

Very fine details or extremely small lettering might need to be simplified to create a clean engraving at this scale.

If your logo is round, you may ask us to adapt it to the oval ring face. Otherwise, we will preserve the original proportions of the uploaded artwork as closely as possible.

5. Enter the left and right side engravings.  (Max 3-4 letters, max 4 Numbers)

6. Add any special instructions.

7. Review all details carefully and place your order.

If your artwork requires clarification or adjustment, we will contact you before production. A digital layout proof may also be requested in your order notes. Please note that requesting a proof may add additional processing time.

🛠 Order Changes

Each ring is custom-made using the artwork and information you provide.

Please contact us within 6 hours of ordering if you need to change your ring size, material, engraving or uploaded artwork. Once production has started, changes might no longer be possible.

Personalized rings cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless we made an error or the item arrives damaged. If a cancellation is approved after production has started, a 30% cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and work already completed.

✨ Jewelry Care

Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, cleaning products and harsh chemicals. Remove your ring before swimming, bathing or exercising, and store it separately in a dry jewelry box when not being worn.
