How to Personalize Your Ring

2. Enter the name, word or initials exactly as you want them engraved.
3. Review the spelling and capitalization carefully.
4. Add any special instructions in the order notes.

We will reproduce your personalization exactly as submitted, including uppercase and lowercase letters.

Names longer than 8 characters may require smaller lettering or a slightly adjusted layout. If your personalization cannot be reproduced clearly, we will contact you before production.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to change the name, spelling, ring size, material or color.

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are not normally accepted. If we are able to approve an exception after production has begun, 30% of the order value will be deducted to cover materials and work already completed.

Because personalized jewelry is created specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not affect your rights if the ring arrives damaged, defective or different from the personalization details confirmed in your order.
