HOW TO ORDER

2. Select your US ring size.

3. Upload a clear image of your emblem, crest or design.

4. Enter the left and right side engraving details.

5. Choose how you want the center design fitted.

6. Review your spelling, numbers and uploaded artwork.

7. Place your order.

For the best result, upload a high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG or clear JPG file. Fine details may be simplified slightly to create a clear and balanced engraving on the 10 × 12 mm surface.

DIGITAL PROOF

You may request a digital proof before production. If selected, we will send the layout for your approval before making the ring. Proof approval may add 1–2 business days to production time.

JEWELRY CARE

Keep your ring away from perfume, lotions, cleaning products and harsh chemicals. Remove it before swimming, showering, exercising or doing heavy manual work. Store it separately in a dry jewelry box.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Please contact us within 6 hours if you need to change your ring size, artwork or engraving details. Changes may no longer be possible after production begins.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. Once custom design or production work has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If an after-production cancellation can still be accommodated, a 30% production fee may apply.

Because this ring is created specifically from your artwork, size and engraving details, personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the creation of your custom jewelry.
