For the clearest possible engraving:

• Upload a sharp, close-up photo or high-resolution scan
• Use bright, even lighting without shadows
• Make sure the fingerprint lines are visible and in focus
• Avoid screenshots when the original image is available
• Do not crop the image too closely around the fingerprint
• Upload the clearest version you have

We can often work with an ink fingerprint card, funeral-home fingerprint record, scanned document or clear phone photograph.

The quality and visibility of the final engraving depend on the detail available in the original image. If your image is not suitable, we will contact you before production.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can you use an old or faint fingerprint?

We can often work with older fingerprint cards or photographs as long as some fingerprint lines remain visible. Upload the clearest image available, and we will contact you if a better image is needed.

Will the engraving look exactly like the uploaded image?

Your necklace is created from the actual fingerprint image provided. We may clean, crop or enhance the image to make the clearest section suitable for the small heart pendant. Very faint or blurred areas might not appear in the final engraving.

Can I request a digital proof?

Yes. You can request a digital layout before production. Please note that proof approval may add 1–2 business days to production time.

Can I engrave both sides?

The fingerprint is placed on the front, and a name, date, initials or short message can be engraved on the back.

🛠 Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to change your material, color, chain length, fingerprint image or engraving.

Once production has started, changes might no longer be possible.

Because this necklace is individually created from your fingerprint and personalization, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless we made an error or the item arrives damaged.

If a cancellation is approved after production has started, a 30% cancellation fee may apply to cover materials and work already completed.

✨ Jewelry Care

Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, cleaning products and harsh chemicals. Remove your necklace before swimming, bathing or exercising, and store it separately in a dry jewelry box when not being worn.

Your uploaded fingerprint image is used only to design, produce and support your jewelry order. It is not used for identification, advertising or any unrelated purpose.

Access should be limited to the people involved in producing your order, and the image should be retained only for as long as necessary under our Privacy Policy.
