PHOTO GUIDELINES

For the clearest portrait, upload the original high-resolution photo whenever possible.

• Choose a bright, well-focused image
• Make sure the eyes, nose and facial features are clearly visible
• Front-facing or slightly angled portraits work best
• Avoid screenshots, filters and heavily compressed images
• Avoid photos with cropped ears or facial features
• A simple, uncluttered background is preferred but not required

The background will be removed during the portrait preparation process. If we believe your photo may not produce a clear result, we will contact you before production.

PERSONALIZATION

The pet name is optional. If you prefer the portrait without a name, enter “No Name” in the name field.
