HOW TO PERSONALIZE YOUR BRACELET

1. Select your material, metal color and bracelet length.

2. Enter your optional back engraving and preferred font number in the personalization box. If you do not want back engraving, write “No back engraving.”

3. Upload a clear photo of the fingerprint or pet nose print.

4. Review your selections and add your bracelet to the cart.

FOR THE BEST ENGRAVING RESULT

• Use a clear, high-resolution JPG, PNG or WEBP image
• A dark fingerprint on plain white paper works best
• Photograph the image directly from above
• Avoid shadows, glare, blur and heavy editing
• Make sure the fingerprint ridges or nose-print details are clearly visible
• Please do not crop away important parts of the print

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to change your personalization details, material, color or bracelet length.

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are not normally accepted. If we are able to approve an exception after production has begun, 30% of the order value will be deducted to cover materials and work already completed.

Because personalized jewelry is created specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the details confirmed in your order.
